All my life I have always wanted to make a change in the world. I have always been surrounded by successful and amazing people. I was adopted legally at six months by my current family, who is very loving towards everyone. My dad raised me to be hardworking and courageous. My mother raised me to be kind and to reach any goals I have for myself. My parents are my inspiration, they blessed me with a beautiful life and home. I live with my brother, who is also adopted. We live on 800 acres of land, and have 200 beef cows that we breed and sell. My grandma lives at the top of the hill where most of our cattle is, so she can make sure everything runs smoothly. My grandpa was a rancher, unfortunately he passed away on October 25, 2014. My dad inherited the cattle, so he currently is in charge of the ranch. My grandpa and father are very successful ranchers, and we hope my brother can grow in their footsteps.
I have always been very active. I played soccer, basketball, volleyball and ran track. For my senior project, I encouraged students at Corona Creek Elementary School to be more active. Each student ran at least three miles. I believe our century is becoming more lazy due to technology. Most children would prefer to watch television over playing catch outside. Obesity is taking over, and it is a threat to everyone. I have a very healthy life, and I want everyone to change their lifestyles to being more healthy for the better. I got a job the day I turned sixteen, so my life involved with sports came to a halt. When I am not working I am completing my school work or going out with loved ones. I have high expectations for my future, and I believe I can be very successful if I put my mind towards it. I know God is beside me helping me accomplish my dreams. I push myself constantly so I can impress my family, and for my own happiness. I want everyone around me to be as happy as I am, and that is why I want to make a change.
